The service provider will designate a single point of contact for the implementation of the project.

Close coordination with the teams, must imperatively be implemented from the preparation of the missions until their finalization.
In addition, regular exchanges with the team will be expected on the progress of the missions and possibly the difficulties encountered.
The main objective of the project’s first component (C1) is to build and/or enhance the capacities and visibility of selected training companies in providing digital training to different beneficiaries.
The selected 8 companies (2 from Tripoli, 2 from Benghazi, 2 from Sebha, and 2 from Misurata) will receive a 2-week (ToT) training from Expertise France.
Afterward.
They will provide 36 weeks of training in Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to different types of beneficiaries (civil servants, women, graduates, and private sector employees).

A production company will be selected to cover the activities of this component and follow the ToT and training boot camps in 4 cities (Tripoli, Benghazi, Sebha, and Misurata).
The production company will work on providing the following services:
Roll-ups printed and delivered to participating companies, Pictures of all trainings to be sent during the training, and a (3 to 5 minutes) video summarizing the activity and testimonials from students and trainers.
The video should follow the graphic chart required (watermark, subtitles, logos).
